Do you offer printable pages/digital downloads?

Yes we do! We regularly release seasonal printable colouring pages for digital download as both bundles and single pages.

We do not offer any of the pages from our World Adventure colouring book as a digital download.

I can't find my digital downloads!

After buying your colouring pages you will see a download button on your order confirmation page and your products will be available immediately. You will also receive an email with a link to download your products.

If you've bought some of our printable colouring pages and can't see your download email, please check your spam/junk folder in case your email provider has sent them there.

Is there a limit on how many colouring books I can buy at once?

At the moment our packaging and shipping system allows customers to buy up to 3 books per order.

If you would like to buy more than 3 books in one go, please email hello@dogletandfroglet.com and we'll be able to help you.

Do you sell your colouring book on Amazon?

At the moment we only sell our colouring book on dogletandfroglet.com to preserve our premium quality.

You may find some of our printable colouring pages on Etsy but due to Etsy fees the best price will always be found on our website right here!

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide from the UK.

When you add a colouring book to your cart and head to the checkout you will be shown your available delivery options based on your destination.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies based on destination.

For UK Orders: Please allow 2-3 working days
For European Orders: Please allow 3-5 working days
For International Orders: Please allow 5-7 working days
(These delivery estimates are accurate at the time of posting. Please refer to the royal mail website for up to date delivery times based on your chosen shipping method)

GENTLE REMINDER: Shipping time is calculated from the moment your books are handed over to the postman and does not include processing time.

Please allow 3-5 working days for Doglet to process and pack your order (and slightly longer during launches and large restocks)

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately Doglet and Froglet have no control over international shipping costs. We have taken great care to find the best shipping options available and we ship all of our parcels with Royal Mail.

Your shipping options will show up at checkout based on how many books are in your basket and your shipping address.

Depending on the destination and parcel weight, sometimes tracked shipping is cheaper than untracked. If this is the case then only the cheapest option will show for you at checkout.

What's the difference between tracked and untracked?

Tracked orders come with full parcel tracking and confirmation of delivery so you can monitor your parcels progress every step of the way!

Untracked items come with NO tracking or delivery information.

I am unable to provide refunds or replacements on un-tracked orders. Please consider this when choosing your postage options and understand that by choosing untracked shipping you are doing so at your own risk.

To try and keep shipping costs down we offer untracked services for international orders. However, if un-tracked shipping is chosen I am unable to offer any assistance with delayed, lost or damaged parcels.

Once a parcel has been shipped, Doglet and Froglet is not responsible for any delays, damage, loss or delivery issues - this responsibility lies with the delivery company.

Claims for compensation due to damaged or undelivered items must be made by you the customer. Please contact Royal Mail and request a claims form for lost/damaged goods and email hello@dogletandfroglet.com to let us know so we can provide the proof of postage and shipping label needed to complete the claim.

Tracked orders may be easier to claim for if lost, delayed or damaged as we will be able to see the status of each parcel and show proof of it’s journey. Please email us at hello@dogletandfroglet.com if your book hasn't arrived a week after it's estimated delivery date and Froglet will do some investigating!

Can I change my shipping address?

Doglet and Froglet cannot accept responsibility for and will not be able to refund or replace items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check your address before ordering especially if it has auto-filled. Make sure everything is in the right order and spelled correctly.

You may be able to change your shipping address if we haven't packed your order yet. Please email hello@dogletandfroglet.com with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible and we will attempt to make the change for you.

Will I need to pay import taxes on international orders?

You will be responsible for the cost of any additional customs, tax or import charges.

We are unable to control or estimate what these fees might be as it depends on the country being shipped to.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately via email at hello@dogletandfroglet.com if you need to cancel your order.

If your order has not yet been packed then we may be able to honour your request
